We will custom fit all your Ball Valves and Quick Disconnects using the proper Vices and Torque. After we fit all the ball valves and Quick Disconnects, we will pressure test your Extractor and check it for leaks. Make sure you have no problems by having us do what we have done hundreds of times. And have a ready to use extractor when it arrives at your door. If you elect to do this yourself, I want to inform you that if the stainless parts are not tightened correctly they could bond together. If a leak exist when the parts bond then you will have to cut the fitting off and replace the parts that were damaged. If we damage it, we will replace them at no charge.

What follows is a brief explanation for assembly:

To assemble the parts, you must use 3-4 full wraps of tightly wrapped Teflon tape to each and every 1/4" pipe thread. Then take a drop of oil onto the forefinger and thumb pads and twist the oil onto the taped fitting. When you are twisting the ball valves onto the fitting be sure and orient the handles in the correct orientation just at the point where the seal is formed. Do not over tighten. If you find that you have to turn it to far around because it does not seal and you are afraid you may over tighten the part, then take it off, remove all the tape from both parts and apply an additional wrap to what you applied before and repeat the procedure.

Size of column where plant material will be placed.
US pounds = 2 plus ounces
KILOS = 60 gram weight or 175 ml by volume

All Tamisium Extractors come with a lifetime warranty and lifetime support.
Every extractor comes with a Fully Illustrated Operational Manual

Column capacity represents the volume of plant material you can extract from with that particular size extractor. The weights are a guide to help you find the desired coarseness you need to have your plant material ground to in order to occupy the given space for an efficient extraction to occur. Each column represents 1/4 the volume of the solvent required to extract from the column when full. In other words. The solvent tanks are 4 times larger than the column that holds the organic material being extracted. 1 gallon translates into 1 kilo of material capacity with most dried botanicals when ground up to the proper coarseness

We do not sell these extractors for indoor use in any environment not properly set up to use any flammable solvent for extraction purposes. As most solvents are flamable. Please treat the extractor accordingly no matter the solvent chosen to use. These extractors are sold for use in professional laboratory conditions operating under strict safety guidelines. NO SPARKS OR FLAMES SHOULD BE PRESENT WHEN ANY FLAMMABLE SOLVENT IS USED.

Please remember that most solvents are flammable. When opening and closing any of the extractors, please safely purge the units and do so in a well ventilated, spark free environment. The smaller units can be taken outside. Know the properties of the solvents being used for any process of any extraction with any apparatus. Accessory Safety Purge lines are available for each extractor.

Testimonials

This is just one of the types of textures you can expect from a TE700 system. Scraped right out of the bottom of the extractor after a full recovery of pure butane.
