THE SUPER DELUXE TE700 EXTRACTOR IS FOR MAKING CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS AND IS FITTED WITH STAINLESS STEEL FITTINGS ALL THE WAY THROUGH. IT COMES WITH EVERY ACCESSORY YOU NEED TO PERFORM ANY EXTRACTION THIS SYSTEM IS CAPABLE OF.
Standing 32 inches with a width of 10 inches this extractor has an extraction capacity of 8+ ounces via (700 ml) Column. Holding a maximum liquid capacity of 2600 ml in the Extractor Tank and 2600 ml Recovery Tank. Weighs 35 pounds assembled. Extract as fast or slow as you desire. Recovery of solvent takes 2-4 hours. Times vary based on if you use an extra recovery tank or not and other variable factors.

CUSTOM FITTED HEATING JACKETS WITH ADVANCED CONTROLLER
These Heating Jackets are custom fit to each tank and designed with carefully tested wattages and materials to ensure perfect function for the Tamisium Extraction Process. You get 3 heating jackets in all and one Advanced Controller that will learn your demands and maintain a +- 1 degree accuracy.
- The 1st Heating Jacket is designed to fit and work with the Solvent Recovery Tank so you can heat your solvent before extracting and hold that temperature during the extraction process. This allows you to perform a heated extraction with incredible accuracy.
- Butane acts like a refrigerant during evaporation and requires a lot of wattage to maintain a constant evaporation temperature even though the temp is a low 110F. Never exceed 110F during extraction or recovery.
- The 2nd Heating Jacket is designed to fit and work with the column so you can heat your plant material for heated extractions and then Heat your Column of plant material during recovery to make sure you evaporate even the solvent that absorbed into the plant material during extraction. Never exceed 110F during extraction or recovery.
- The 3rd Heating Jacket is designed to fit and work with the Extraction/Evaporator Tank to evaporate the solvent during recovery. Never exceed 110F during extraction or recovery.
- To control all these jackets you will receive an Advanced Digital Controller that will hold temperature to within 1 degree accuracy after your process is learned by the computer in the controller. This controller has been programmed to work with the rigors of the butane chilling effects created during evaporation of butane. The controller incorporates constant variable power rather than an on off system and uses a learning phase. This allows extreme accuracy and repeatability for specific extraction parameters and recovery temps. This single controller controls two jackets at one time and allows for different target temperatures for each tank. EXTRA RECOVERY TANK with VRV Safety Valve
Why an extra Recovery Tank? If you take a close look at the TE8000 you will notice that system uses a Recovery Tank to send the solvent through the column and at the same time it uses another Recovery Tank placed in a Freezer to pull the solvent through the column. If you use this second Recovery Tank to create the vacuum you will not need to reduce the temperature or pressure of your Extractor Tank. Reducing the temperature and therefore the pressure of your Recovery Tank while it is connected to your Extractor Tank will create the same vacuum or reduced temperature in your Extractor Tank because the two Tanks and their atmospheres are open to each other. In addition, you will be recovering your solvent while you are extracting from your plant material.
If that was not enough to show the importance of an additional Recovery Tank, then listen to this. After your Recovery Tank on top is empty of all the solvent, you can now remove it and place it in the freezer or cold bath along side the Recovery Tank already recovering solvent in the Freezer or Cold Bath. When you hook both those tanks together in the Freezer you have doubled your Condensation Surface area. This increased Surface area condensing vapor into liquid will greatly increase the speed of Solvent Recovery as long as your heating system can keep up with the extra cooling created with all this evaporation going on.

RECOVERY TANKS OF DIFFERENT MODELS ARE NOT ALWAYS INTERCHANGEABLE. If a tank that holds more, empties it's contents into a tank that holds less, the lower volume tank may be overfilled and could rupture when the liquid temperature rises and expands.
New Pressure Relief Valves are being retrofitted onto all older style tanks to prevent this from happening. Automatic Pressure Relief Valves are mandatory on all new tanks.
WHATS INCLUDED?
- Your Extra Recovery Tank will come pressure checked and assembled with 2 ball valves and 2 Safety Quick Disconnect Male Nipples just like the one in the TE700 system.
- In addition to that you will receive a Teflon Core Caustic Chemical Rated High Pressure Braided Stainless Steel Reinforced Recovery Line with 2 Stainless Steel Safety Quick Disconnect Couplers to allow you to safely connect to your current Recovery Tank to run them in series in your Freezer or Cold Bath.
- New Tanks are fitted with a Vented Safety Pressure Relief Valve to relieve pressure in the event hat the tank is over heated and or over filled. Set to 125 psi.
A VRV Safety Valve is not a method to allow over filling. Never over fill any tank completely full with liquid with no air space inside. Always leave a 15% air space inside to prevent rupturing your tank in the event that your VRV should fail to operate.

Every extractor comes with a Fully Illustrated Operation Manual
Column capacity represents the volume of plant material you can extract from with that particular size extractor. The weights are a guide to help you find the desired coarseness you need to have your plant material ground to in order to occupy the given space for an efficient extraction to occur. Each column represents 1/4 the volume of the solvent required to extract from the column when full. In other words. The solvent tanks are 4 times larger than the column that holds the organic material being extracted. 1 gallon translates into 1 kilo of material capacity with most dried botanicals when ground up to the proper coarseness
We do not sell these extractors for indoor use in any environment not properly set up to use any flammable solvent for extraction purposes. As most solvents are flamable. Please treat the extractor accordingly no matter the solvent chosen to use. These extractors are sold for use in professional laboratory conditions operating under strict safety guidelines. NO SPARKS OR FLAMES SHOULD BE PRESENT WHEN ANY FLAMMABLE SOLVENT IS USED IN ANY EXTRACTION SYSTEM.
Please remember that most solvents are flammable. When opening and closing any of the extractors, please safely purge the units and do so in a well ventilated, spark free environment using our safety purge line. The smaller units can be taken outside. Know the properties of the solvents being used for any process of any extraction with any apparatus. Accessory Safety Purge lines are included for each extractor.
