If you want to process a card for payment please calll after placing your order and we will run the card over the phone. For all credit card payments we will require a signature authorization form to be filed out and signed before processing the card or sending the product.
We Accept Checks, Cashiers Checks, Bank Wires and E-Transfers such as ACH, ClearXChange and Quickpay if allowed.
You can make a online or E-Transfer transfer if your bank offers this option. You may also mail in the payment to our business address.
- Bank Wires will incur a fee on your end and ours. So be aware of the extra charge when sending a bank wire.
- Online Transfer Services are usually free for both sender and recipient.
- Money orders incur the cost of purchasing the money order and sending which is normally about the same as a Bank Wire.
- Checks or Free but take the longest to process in some cases.

Mail Order - Checks and Money Orders
After calculating your total on the checkout page you will be given a invoice and payment instructions based on the payment option you selected. If you are mailing in your paynent this invoice will need to accompany your payment so be sure and print it out and make a copy for yourself.
All payments that we deposit MAY have up to a 5-10 day hold by the bank. Cashier Checks normally clear in one day.
Please allow up to 24 hours to deposit any payments received in the mail.
We do not charge a handling fee for processing payments.
Shipping is calculated during checkout before paying and is a fixed rate per boxed item. Sometimes the shipping is over charged due to the fact that each item incurs a new charge for shipping. Please check with us to ensure you are charged correctly. You can call 817 726-7525 to expedite the process if you need corrected shipping charges.
Once the box is accepted and opened no refunds will be issued. You can refuse delivery and upon return you will be refunded in full minus a $50 restocking fee and any shippiing charged incurred to and from. Since some of the equipment can be used to extract from botanicals the products could be contaminated preventing sale. Tamisium Extractors have been used in organic chemistry for 20 years. There is no question as to their efficacy. If you have questions about how to use the extractor be sure and ask your sales rep. Be sure you are allowed to use the extractor in your area and are capable of using the extractor before purchasing. Plants and the chemical compounds varies from state to state and country to country.
